Support
- After setup in QuickBooks we are available to answer any of your questions; however if you need additional assistance we can setup additional training. (one hour of training is included in setup).
- Should your return be audited, we will help you to prepare and serve as your advisor (not your legal representative) throughout the audit process.
- However, should there be an error in your return we will correct this with all possible haste and reimburse you for any penalties and actual interest damages you incur. (100% accuracy rate so far!)
- You would be responsible for any additional taxes that would have been due had the error not been made.
Satisfaction
- Should our service not meet your standards; and you choose not to allow us the opportunity to redo them, opting to not file through us then we will guarantee a full refund of the fees paid to prepare and file you return(s).
- If at any time, you find any part of our service does not fulfill your needs, please let us know and we will promptly correct the work to your complete satisfaction.
